Things to note when disassembling deep groove ball bearings

1. Ensure the cleanliness of the bearing and the installation and disassembly environment. Bearings are precision parts. The entry of dust will destroy the integrity of the lubricating oil film and cause contact potential difference corrosion. This is a common factor causing wear, fatigue and rust, and has a very bad impact. Therefore, the bearing itself, the installation location, the tools used, the cleaning oil, the lubricating oil, and the surrounding environment must be highly clean, and a dedicated installation and disassembly place must be set up.
2. Do a good job in rust and dust prevention of bearings. Before the precision bearing is about to be installed, open the package and clean it. If the precision bearing is still worth using after being removed from the machine, it should be cleaned and packaged immediately or installed in the machine that is still in use. If it must be stored until the next day, it must be placed in a clean place or packaged.
3. Strictly ensure the rust prevention conditions of the bearing. Do not touch the precision bearing directly with your hands without cleaning. You can hold the bearing with a piece of non-corrosive clean white paper, or wash your hands thoroughly to remove sweat and grease and apply mineral oil, and then you can directly touch the bearing with your hands for operation.
4. Use appropriate assembly and disassembly methods and tools. According to the type and tightness of the precision bearing, choose the appropriate assembly and disassembly methods and tools. Use special tools. Be careful not to use cloth, yarn or short fiber materials that are easy to drop threads to wipe the precision bearings or tools.
5. The assembly and disassembly work should be civilized. Since the bearing is a precision mechanical component with high surface hardness and point-line contact, it is very easy to cause indentations and bumps on the rolling surface during rough assembly and disassembly, which must be strictly prevented.
