Deep groove ball bearings, as the power source of electrical appliances or various machines, mainly use electrical energy to convert into mechanical energy. In the face of such equipment, its bearing wear is also relatively common, and the following are common ones.
(1) There is too much grease in the deep groove ball bearing, which melts and flows out, splashes onto the winding, and corrodes the winding.
(2) Improper bearing installation or incorrect pulley installation, external force causes the inner and outer rings of the deep groove ball bearing to be distorted, resulting in inflexible rotation and heat damage to the deep groove ball bearing.

When the deep groove ball is running, the rotor expands due to heat, causing the deep groove ball bearing to heat up.
(5) The deep groove ball end cover is not installed properly, the stopper is not close, or the deep groove ball bearing cover is uneven, causing the ball to deviate from the track and rotate and heat up.
(6) Improper protection, water or dust enters the deep groove ball bearing, causing the deep groove ball bearing to be damaged due to poor lubrication.
