When the stubborn oil on the surface is heated to 100-200℃ in hot oil, it will melt and fall off, and be cleaned along the brush. At this time, the pliers should be turned to rinse each surface clean. When cleaning more stubborn and dirty bearings, they can be disassembled and immersed in hot oil, and the rollers, inner and outer rings, and steel rings can be rinsed clean before reassembly. At the same time, when cleaning the bearing, the oil temperature should be controlled not to exceed 200 degrees Celsius to prevent the oil from burning. At the same time, pay attention to the spare parts not to touch the bottom of the container as much as possible, so as to avoid the bearing steel being softened and deformed when the temperature is too high.

Sealed angular contact bearings cannot be cleaned by disassembly, and considering the high temperature resistance of the sealing material, it is generally not recommended to use the rolling oil cleaning method. The sealed interior should be kept in its original state and cannot be cleaned. When cleaning multiple bearings, use 90-100℃ hot motor vehicle oil to solidify the sealing oil, use seamless interfaces and scald-resistant special tools to clean all the old oil, use gasoline to clean the motor oil, and then use gasoline to clean it. After cleaning, put on rubber gloves and place the angular contact ball bearing on the cleaning cloth or press on the workbench.
2. How to judge whether the bearing is cleaned
1. Contact friction: After the bearing is cleaned, observe carefully. There will always be some residual oil in the inner and outer ring raceways, rolling elements and the gaps of the cage. During inspection, you can first scrape out the remaining oil with a clean feeler gauge, apply it on your thumb, and rub it back and forth slowly with your index finger. If there is a rustling sound between your fingers, it means that the bearing is not clean and should be washed again.
2. Rotation test: Hold the bearing in your hand, pinch the inner ring, and turn the outer ring to rotate horizontally. It is qualified if it rotates flexibly, without obstruction or jumping.
