Angular contact ball bearings are not flexible after installation
(1) The bearings are not properly cleaned during installation, and scale, dust and other dirt enter the bearings, causing pad pressure and grinding, jamming the rolling elements and preventing them from rotating;
(2) Corrosive media such as water, acid and alkali enter the bearings, causing the bearings to rust;
(3) The original clearance of the bearings is too small, or the bearings are too tight with the shaft or bearing seat, resulting in a large interference, which reduces the radial clearance of the bearings, or the inner ring expands too much due to temperature rise during operation, causing the bearings to jam and fail to rotate normally after installation.
(4) The manufacturing accuracy of the journal, shoulder and bearing seat is too low or deformed during operation;
(5) The installation seal is unreasonable, such as the seal is too tight or the seal rubs against related parts;
(6) The cage is deformed, causing large friction with the bearing ring or rolling element, affecting the rotation of the bearing;
(7) For preloaded bearings, the axial preload is too large.
