Thrust ball bearing

NACHI thrust ball bearings are separable bearings, which are divided into unidirectional thrust ball bearings and bidirectional thrust ball bearings according to their structural forms. Unidirectional thrust ball bearings can withstand axial loads in one direction, while bidirectional thrust ball bearings can withstand axial loads in two directions. They cannot withstand radial loads. The thrust ball bearing also has a structure with a seat cushion. Due to the spherical installation surface of the seat cushion, the bearing has self-aligning performance, which can reduce the impact of installation errors. Thrust ball bearings are mainly used in industries such as automobiles and machine tools.

Unidirectional thrust ball bearings are mainly used to withstand unidirectional axial loads and can perform unidirectional axial positioning.
Bidirectional thrust ball bearings:
Including one axle ring, two seat rings, one central axle ring, and a steel ball cage assembly. The bearings can be separated, and the shaft ring, seat ring, and steel ball cage components can be installed separately. It can be divided into three types:
